    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 16, between lines 8 and 9, insert:

 

             "(2) include requirements to monitor, measure, report and verify emissions from all sectors;".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 16, line 17, after "than", insert "methane from".

    4. On page 17, line 16, strike "the oil and gas industry" and insert in lieu thereof "methane from oil and gas exploration and production operations".

    5. On page 19, line 4, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    6. On page 19, line 6, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    7. On page 19, line 7, strike "(8)" and insert in lieu thereof:

         "H. The environmental improvement board and local board".

    8. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

 

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
